MY LIFE JOURNEY
On a professional level, I started with a university education as a business engineer,
followed by 10 years of professional experience in audit and marketing in international companies
(KPMG, Danone, Iglo).
But this first page of my career did not bring me complete satisfaction...
Indeed, described as an enthusiastic, dedicated, caring person with great listening skills,
I have always been passionate about personal development and interpersonal relationships:
the way we interact with our surroundings in different environments, our capacity to learn, our strength to overcome challenges and the influence of our culture in our approach to life.
In order to better align my career with my human-oriented aspirations, I naturally switched to the profession of coach in 2016. I completed the "Certified Professional Coach" training course at the European Linkup Coaching Centre in Paris.
This training is accredited by the EMCC (European Mentoring & Coaching Council).
I am particularly interested in professional reconversion as I have successfully gone through two in my own career.
I have also had the opportunity to explore this subject in depth through the thesis I wrote as part of my coaching training.
On a personal level, a significant feature of my life is that I have accumulated a total of
20 years of experience living and working abroad in multinational environments:
10 years of my childhood in the USA & England,
1 year at university in Chile,
3 years working in London,
and 6 years as expatriate in Romania & Hungary with my Spanish husband and our 2 children!
I have thus experienced the challenges of international mobility at various stages of life: as a child, student, professional, wife and mother. With this expertise and enriched by my coaching skills, I also accompany expatriates and their families to ease their transition and make their new life a success in every way.
Finally, I adhere to the EMCC code of ethics which guarantees the confidentiality and professionalism of the coach,
a system of supervision and a constantly updated level of knowledge through continuous training.
With 3 associated coach partners, we have formed the "Collective of Certified Coaches",
an association that enables us to benefit from a network of high level experts recognised by the profession.
