As a certified Life, Business and Expat Coach,
I accompany anyone who is dissatisfied with their current reality
towards a “BETTER NOW” in their personal, professional or nomadic life.

What is a coaching process?

You arrive with an initial request that may be vague or already well defined.

From there, we clarify your expectations together in order to set a clear and achievable goal that really makes sense to you. 
We also determine your success criteria that will allow us to measure your progress towards your goal over time. 
Over the following sessions, we develop your action plan and then implement it to lead you, step by step, towards the achievement of your goal, for the benefit of your personal and/or professional growth.

What are the benefits of a coaching process?

Beyond achieving your goals, coaching allows you to unleash your full potential through the inner alignment between your deepest aspirations and the life you lead, in other words between your "being" and your "doing".

And from this flows serenity and fulfilment in your daily life.

Coaching works like a pendulum movement.

First, an inward swing to identify "who you are" (what your needs are and what your values are that guide your life choices) and "what you want" (what is the goal you want to aim for in your life through this coaching).

Once this "WHO" and "WHAT" have been clarified, there is then an outward swing to determine "HOW you are going to achieve” your goal by developing a personalised action plan. 

How does coaching work?

Thanks to coaching tools (questioning, active listening, reformulation, systemic approach, transactional analysis, emotional intelligence, NVC, ...), I help you to clarify your ideas and become aware of your bottlenecks, but above all of your resources, in order to achieve an accurate and profound self-knowledge
My posture as a coach and the relationship of trust that unites us also allows you to benefit from a mirror effect that sends you a perspicacious and revealing analysis of your current perception of reality.
Your personalised action plan gives you a clear, structured and concrete vision of how to get from your current situation to the achievement of your objective.

What’s the difference between coaching and other support options?

Coaching is not "Consulting": I will therefore not give you ready-made solutions
Coaching is rather a reciprocal collaboration: the coach is like a walking stick that helps the coachee throughout his journey, but the motivation and commitment of the coachee are essential to the success of the process.

Coaching is also different from "Therapy" : we won’t analyse your past in order to understand your current symptoms. 
Instead, coaching is a solution and action oriented approach, anchored in the present with an eye on your desirable future: what can you do today to achieve your goal tomorrow?

Finally, coaching has the particularity of aiming for your rapid autonomy.

My role is to question you, to help you discover new horizons and to encourage and guide you along your path, in a caring but challenging framework. This is what will enable you to bring out your own solutions and identify the changes you want to make to achieve your goals. My own goal as a coach is to teach you to stand on your own two feet.

The different types of support therefore differ in their approach and characteristics,

but it is beneficial to see them as complementary.

Who is coaching for?

Coaching is intended for anyone who is dissatisfied with their current reality and who chooses to actively invest in their own professional and/or personal development in order to become the author of their own life and to unleash their full potential

My clients are of all ages, from all sectors, at all hierarchical levels, and located all over the world. Some are professionally active, others are otherwise occupied. Some live in their country of origin, others are on their umpteenth move. Finally, they are French, English or Spanish speakers.

How does it work in practice?

A coaching process consists of an average of 8 to 12 sessions, as you get short-term results. 
Sessions last one hour and are spaced 1 to 2 weeks apart depending on your availability and needs of the moment.
Most of the time there will be exercises to be done between sessions. This allows you to have a structured reflection, you feel guided, you know concretely what to work on and so you progress step by step.
You can speak to me in French, English or Spanish depending on your preference.
Sessions can be done in person in Brussels, or by video conference from anywhere in the world!
